We do not sell your data. We do not use the content of your assets, tickets, or mailboxes for advertising.
Card and UPI details are entered directly into our payment gateway's ([Razorpay / PayU]) hosted checkout and never pass through or are stored by Akaay's own servers.
AssetFlow Pro is multi-tenant: your company's data is logically isolated from every other company using the platform, enforced at the data layer. [State where data is hosted, e.g. "on servers located in India" — fill in once hosting is finalized.]
To perform a migration, we require temporary, scoped access credentials to your source and destination mailboxes (e.g. an admin app password or OAuth grant). This access is used only to perform the migration you requested and is revoked/discarded once the migration is complete and verified.
We retain account and product data for as long as your subscription is active, plus [e.g. "90 days"] after cancellation, after which it is deleted unless you ask us to delete it sooner or retain it longer.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep, e.g. billing records) by writing to hello@akaaytech.com.
